My group is using a variety of electrochemical techniques to facilitate the development and application of new redox catalysts and to use them as probes for the degradation of lignin. Consistent with the CenSURF theme, we are also working to formulate reaction media that are intended to greatly reduce the waste associated with these and other electrochemical transformations.
