Bruce Johnson joined the Berben research lab in January 2012 after undergraduate research on transition metal thiosalen complexes. His current research interests include synthesizing and characterizing transition metal complexes of bulky acetylide ligands, then testing their oxidative capabilities. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, fencing and spending time with his family
